Come and join us for a morning or afternoon of fun and education at our pumpkin farm!

Pre-School and Day Care Programs

. Tour our animal corral to learn about classifying living things.

. Reinforce numeracy skills and introduce animal friends of the farm with our interactive puppet show. (indoor activity)

. Introduce the life cycle of a pumpkin with puppet show.(indoor activity)

. Introduce rhyming skills as you ride in a pumpkin carriage through "Once upon a time Land."

. Each child will take home a pumpkin which is large enough to carve.

. Children are invited to bring their own snack and drink to the farm.

. Cost is $6.50 each per adult and student

Junior and Senior Kindergarten and Grade One

. Tour our animal corral to learn about classifying living things.

.  Learn about a pumpkin's life cycle and the body parts of the bee and it's importance for          pollination. (indoor activity)

.  Reinforce sound awareness skills with our "magic sound brew". (indoor activity)

. Reinforce rhyming skills as you ride in a pumpkin carriage through "Once upon a time land."

. Each student will take home a pumpkin which is large enough to carve.

. Students are invited to bring a snack and drink to the farm

. Cost $6.50 each

Grades Two and Three

. Learn about how pioneers lived as you tour our pioneer village which includes a log cabin, school house, general store, root cellar and ice house.

. Challenge your students with our new erosion activity. (indoor activity)

. As the students travel through our corn maze, they can either learn about agriculture or Canada and its provinces.

. Each student will take home a pumpkin that is large enough to carve.

. Students are invited to bring a snack and drink to the farm.

. Cost $6.50

Many activities are conducted inside, therefore tours will run rain or shine.  An adult is free for every 5 students. Please bring a bag for students to carry their pumpkin.
